Dropped the box, release bearing is fine, little ware but nothing major, clutch is fine too, clutch fluid level is spot on and box has oil ????
spigot bearing worn?? if so it will have caused the box to wear sounds the same as a relese bearing but it the lay shaft bearings in the box
I had the same problem after a dead battery and jumping my 180 (similar engine setup to what you've described) turned out to be a blown Z32 afm, check the airflow reading on the commander to see does it change as you give it throttle, I'm think it's a 0-5v analogue back to the pfc
Commander is sitting in JP in Wicklow, booked into TDP for next thurs, at least she'll get mapped now, must decat the bitch too...
Thanks to everyone who replied, was freaking out from not knowing, appreciate yee all taking the time to help, sound lads![]()
