I've tried everything with insurance but its black and white with them... pretty much getting a computer says no reaction... its modified end off... pain in the bollocks...

I should be getting the car back tomorrow and I should be able to have a proper look at it then and see what she needs

I wouldn't leave it there, ringing the insurance ombudsman and see if they can do anything! Worth a shot, if you were sold those parts as replacement parts by the motorfactors.....

they said its an uphill battle that'll cost a pretty penny and I'll probably loose...

so I'm not going to go down that road...

this happend with me with axa too a few years ago,

they said technically you wernt insured, so i told them sein as i wasnt insured they owe me what ive paid them, a week later id a check out for any bit of money i paid for insurance!! ring them and say that..

i hope them bastards get everything they my 13 year old brother seen the video and he even called them fucking eejits ,its terrible that this country is getting worse and unfortunatly i don't see it improving
