Exclamation OS giken clutch advice needed

Hey guys i could do wit a little help ere,

I rebuilt my redtop sr20det and i decided to go wit a OS Giken TS2BD
    Twin plate clutch,

fitted it al grand an al went to plan, went to go try it, but it wudnt go into gear at all

pedal felt funny like as if it was only pushing d pressure plate at d very last of it, but not far enuf, bled d slave cyclinder an al but it was fine

had to get d car rolling so i threw back in my old exedy flywheel an clutch and it was perfect like b4. here is a pic of the clutch an d order i put it in

an i added a pic of it fitted in d car, its like d pressure plate fins are very close to d disc, or luks like der even touching d disc
has a little copper grease dat escaped on d disc from d gearbox shaft and if u luk closely d marks from d fins r on it?

Any help on this would be great guys! ne1 any suggestions or experience wit dis?

as in the diaphragm springs in the clutch are very stiff so that makes for a very stiff pedal and its biting point is like a button lol, but i dunno you might like it, its deffo not a clutch for a daily road car anyway,

without seeing it all i could say is double check everything is in the right way around, is it deffo the right clutch for the car? is the realese bearing in right?

your slave cylinder might not be strong enough if you want a softer peddle you can get a nismo slave cylinder makes the clutch lighter on the leg

The only way forward is sideways
