as in the diaphragm springs in the clutch are very stiff so that makes for a very stiff pedal and its biting point is like a button lol, but i dunno you might like it, its deffo not a clutch for a daily road car anyway,

without seeing it all i could say is double check everything is in the right way around, is it deffo the right clutch for the car? is the realese bearing in right?
