    A few more of the bottom end.


    Sump removed:



    Main caps/ladder etc removed. The engine had all standard Nissan bearings etc fitted.



    Crank removed:

    yea tanks for the advice man im goin to give him a shot ......! i want rid of the lag i hate it arrgghh, paul loves it tho .......you drive the red 32 rite ? nice yoke to skid !

    Update- main and big end bearings ready to rock ,pistons a one off 0.5 mm oversized and none in stock any where in the solar system so had to get them made specially just for me cause im great went for Forged J.E. Pistons in the end ........ so just waiting on pistons to be made then the whole lot are coming toghether then we can get cracking .......well i mean paul can ! .........oh and engine bay got a degreasing and removal of some crap just to tidy things up ..............just a waiting game now

    Its cool reading through your thread as my car is in with paul at the moment but is a week or two behind yours.

    The West Covina guys are real helpful, you must be the guy who lives in a house without a number.
    I was on the phone to them the day after you ordering an oil pump, the guys thought it was crazy selling two R32 pumps in two days to two Irish lads.

    Thats me man ! ha .....ye the house without a number hahah it was actually dhl's fault but only in ireland would you get that ! ha........you getting new pistons aswell by any chance ? ? cause im still waiting for mine !

    no new pistons for new, not this time around anyway.
    Just a full rebuild and freshen up, all the gaskets, shells, bearings, oil pump etc

    Can't wait to get it back
