If there is no licence day how would you get a non seeded pro licence?

Edit: just after reading back over it there, you progress from amatuer to non seeded is it ?

Good to see dates up, sad to c date for punchestown, right in the middle of busy period for me again, never drove there, am i ever gonna get a spin here no chance they'd move it bak a week
