Also like the aero stuff on the front bumper, thought about it too haha
I'm completely clueless as to how the car will feel the next time it's out. The handling is going to be night and day difference! Not to mention the rear end is lighter and the grip will be there now, I want it to handle like an ae86! Just transition really fast and need brute force to steer it!

Oh and great minds think alike, especially S14 owners ones haha

    More progress.
These arms were red, 2 different types of red and i didn't want 3 different colour arms on my car so, wanted to match the new japspeed arms i got. Such a close match!

Half shafts, i didn't want to just leave them but i didn't want to put mad effort into them because i could end up breaking them first day out so, bitta matt black sorted that and some brake cleaner and silicone spray on the boots, minty mint

And i finally dropped out this fecker from the front of the car, so now waiting to get a modded one in its place

Another pic i forgot to take and i left out. Rear lca's degreased, wire brushed, primed and painted. Have to say a mad clean finish came out on these! Balljoints are perfect still, so happy days!

Was gonna do something mad on the diff, but i just put some matt black on it and done the washers and bolts silver like the rest of the bits. No pic but turned out fine. Again, the more i thought about it its a part that could end up in pieces first day out so no point wasting loads of time on it but the same time, no point leaving it out!

So subframe back from gripfab, i got them to remove the bushes, plate the subframe at the arm points and brace the back of it, did a really tidy job of it!
Put my upper bushes in the freezer while i wire brushed all the subframe and primed it and painted it

Fitted up the diff, shafts and hubs, such a good feeling

    and put in my arms

So happy with it, all the arm bolts i just gave them a shot of matt black and it made a big difference than seeing brown bolts and nuts. Can't wait to fit it all up. Left off the anti roll bar and discs till its all up underneath it.

Few things done today, stripped underneat a little more, got rid of brackets out of my way and lines and wire brushed the hole underside and cleaned them. Went over any cracks in the undercoating originally on the car with stone chip really heavy to seal it again, then over all the seems before doing the hole underside and arches in stone chip. The used the rest of the can in the holes and let it run out of it just so theres some in there too to protect it. Done this before on the front and its been perfect ever since so stupid not to do it to the back aswell and all underside!

Btw, best thing ever in this is a good camera phone with a flash! Get the photo's and brighten them up to see where you put lighter areas its so handy!
Got the exhaust heat shield and cleaned that up, but it back under, brake line shields painted and this is what the underside it like after today!

More pics of the subframe, couldn't resist placing up the coilovers and looking at the colour co-ordination going on
