Ah right, we had an English reg jeep and got stopped by customs with it, we had to VRT it and that was all, no customs charges ect. That's why I thought there was no customs charge

That red PS13 was brought into the country by JDM Auction Watch, had an s15 bb turbo on it and a fe wother bits along with a power fc, its an sr20, but some gobshite in the docks reversed the battery terminals on the booster pack and blew the ecu but its now been repaired, some power out of it so ive read up from it, came in just before my PS arrived

looking at brining in a 180sx sr20det from jdm auction watch and to bring in this baby it will only cost 4500 roughly thats everything included except vrt which would be another 750 to 1 k give or take

i think there would be alot more cars imported if people had a greater knowledge of what the rough costs of specific cars are at auction in japan !

i would love to bring in a 1983 20v ae86 but have no clue what money they make at auction
or even how to know what mods it has by looking at an auction sheet

btw what sort of money are 83-84 ae86's at auction in japan does any1 know

Just go on some auction sites that do price history and you can see what the cars make but you still have to add in the agent fees, transport,shipping,vat and vrt etc.
