I can't remember seeing id on DD at all. I'm always keeping an eye out. My own is an sr20 n/a and it's 1992. I didn't check to see if this one was a turbo. It didn't have any Q's or K's badging either. Just a really neat looking car. Interior didn't look to be in great shape.

It was definitely up, mate of mine said it too and also said about it being a CA18DE. Yea inside didn't look just as clean, nice Personal steering wheel though.

Maybe it was a different 1 but I thought Rising Sun had it on DD, there was definitely a red 1 up so maybe we're all thinking of a different but similar car?

Are there any other customs charges you have to pay then when they come in other than VRT or is VRT the only charge you pay?

I think VRT is the charge for customs, dont think they get involved with car imports, as in they dont add extra charges..

The booter twin cam that cloko imported was at a few events too and the fella had all the writing still on the window

No it isn't, VRT is the registration tax. Sure someone could bring in a track car and not register it, they still have to pay customs & VAT on it.

Ah right, we had an English reg jeep and got stopped by customs with it, we had to VRT it and that was all, no customs charges ect. That's why I thought there was no customs charge
