Reshelled legally?! No matter how good a job u cannot reshell a car legally in Ireland granted it's prob a very good job like but why didn't they just use the jap book like cos the 1990 plate is killing it

1990 irish car from new and he got the car from his father and when he went to restore it was too bad condition so reshell was best option

Why did he not use the vin logbook of the new shell

My mates car and there is nothing on that car that's a 200sx apart from chassi number car was reshelled with 98 kouki shell and a sr20 dropped in.

What I ment was he had the 200sx in getting restored but when they went at it she was rotten as a pare so they replaced the shell with a full 180 rolling shell

So it has a 180sx shell, 180sx running gear, but an Irish 200sx log book? Id don't see how that is done properly because the chassis number & logbook should stay with the shell.
