My bonnet crack very slightly from me throwing shit up on it, flat head sanding pad for a grinder, go back to the metal and refill with a 50/50 finishing with filler however if its not properly bonded on it will always crack...
Cheers....

gonna be cool as....
Picture 2 makes it look real cool, and picture 3 it looks like a DTM car. Looking well dude.
Decided to chop the rear bumper today since I had some time, plan is to have it vented like the front wings, join it at the top and the bottom only and I made the exhaust exit a bit wider too. The space on either side of the fog will be cut out and I will be flushing the licence plate recess for a smooth arse on her
Looks alot cleaner now :
The top will be joined and the bottom fang I guess you could call it
More tomorrow. Just confirm the front of the car is 77" inches wide (6ft 5"inches) and the rear is 78.5" inches wide (6ft 6.5" inches) LoL

Hmmm I haven't updated the thread in a while, not much has happened but I'll bring you up to speed.
I needed to line up the rear bumper section I cut off, so used some metal from a bonnet I chopped and pop riveted it on to hold the shape.
Caesar invited his bitch over to chill while I did the work of course.
So I had to give the garage a bit of a clean as it was wrecked, threw the car back in and I have to say I felt sorry for her.
So with a burst of new interest pulled her back out of the garage Monday and got back to some sanding / stripping.
Unfortunately this is the slow part making sure the lines look good and everything fits like it should, removing the wiring from the doors and unnecssary clips. However I have enlisted the help of a mate (panel beater) who will be repairing any of the dents in the doors and priming them. Also we will be finishing the bonnet and wings to get them ready for primer. All of the above should be primed by early next week, then its a case of finishing the bumpers, skirts, spoiler and boot and having them primed. Once all the exterior bits are finished and ready for paint the engine bay and interior will be attacked, this is how the car sits now :
More updates to come![]()
