    just cut the housings with the grinder so far, to get all my measurements, then i will split the box and get the 2 housings milled flat,
    flywheel started off like this.

    machined alot of material of then it was drilled for m5 pressure plate.
    release bearing needs to be bigger to reach new pressure plate,
    when you set box in like this and put clutch and release bearing in you can see in and measure up everything. fitted new sprigot bearing into crank. using bmw clutch.

    thanks again guys for comments.
    yea, i usually go to bishopscourt but will def go to mondello at some stage, will see how good i get, lol

    any of you guys ever see one of these in a drift car?

    its a 2 to 1 gearbox that changes your steering from say 3 turns lock to lock to 1.5 turns.
    i think it would help me.

    there are a few bms with those steering quickners fitted, as the bms also suffer from a lot of turns lock to lock, i have yet to witness them drifting but they are supposedly working well.

    i have never seen or heard of a diesel revving to 7000rpm like that, thats class!
    i had always tought the combustion cycle didnt have enough time to work over about 5500rpm. how have you achieved it?

    class build

    these multivalve engines like to rev, revs are controlled by weights in the injector pump which are lightened and bigger elements in the pump means more fuel in a short window, so it can get time to burn.
    i need cams to make more power in the higher rpm. That blue car had standard engine.
