Was there spectating today and it looked good, there'll always be idiots out there who ignore flags. But safety is the main thing that needs to enforced in track drifting. It's falling to way side at the moment by the looks of it.although the two incidents that happened today were handed fairly well.only one thing was 180sx had a small fire and Marshel stood there silly and had to be roared at to grab fire extinguisher.other then that everyone had good track and time and weather held out nicely.sickened I didn't have my car sorted after last weekends "hiccup" but sher what can ya do..roll on tynagh

Had a great day. Think it was the most relaxing days marshalling and spectating I've ever had with being able to sit in my jeep and be up nice and high to see everything
Weather really was the making of the day and level of driving was brilliant because of it.

Felt pretty sick when I saw the back of an E30 heading for me through the passenger window (as it meant either my jeep it an E30 was going to lose out in a fight, Both of which I wouldn't like to see )
I've a small dent on the passenger door and some paint scratched off the rock slider and side step... Poor E30 was nearly wrote off though!

Good way to test the strength of the jeep in a side environment with an ambulance on hand in case it wasn't as tough as it looks

Only some minor metal work anyway and once nobody was hurt, no real harm done. All got sorted after anyway as both Mike said he'd cover it if there was any hassle but the driver of the Touring came over straight away and took full responsibility and cover whatever has to be done.

If it was a beginner or something that just wasn't payin attention to anything on track or just panicked when he saw us, I'd be pretty pissed but Alan is well able to drive and would have stopped if he could. The dogleg pretty has only one line though it if your already sliding anyway so think it faired out as good as it could.

We all see red mist anyway at times and I possibly should have waited until the track was fully clear of cars too but as I said... once nobody is injured and things work out afterwards, just a lesson learned for everybody

Not sure what happened in the pits. We just looked back and saw somebody on the ground... Can't see how somebody can get their leg rolled over without sitting on the ground where cars are probably only doing about 5mph max anyway.

Great day in all though and I think it ran very well. Can't wait for Tynagh!!!
