whaddup! i'm PJ Prendergast, i'm 19 years old and i'm from Albany, New York, just a few hours north of NYC. so i'll explain why i'm here; basically, i have a ton of family in terranure (spelling?) in dublin, and some friends in cellebridge i've made in all my visits over there. the reason i'm on here is because i may be studying abroad over in dublin somewhere for my spring semester, and if i'm gonna be away from my s13 for about 5 months i'm gonna need a car fix!
i got my first car when i was 15, a 1993 mitsubishi GTO TT (known as a 3000gt vr4 here). my dad and i spent about 2 and a half years restoring it from the ground up. stripped it all the way down leaving just the front seats and dash pad in the shell and rebuilt nearly everything. i didn't know much about jap cars, and this was a huge introduction to the whole scene for me. i started attending local drifting events (watching from the side lines wishing i was out there). well finally this year, at age 19 i got my first 240: a 1991 hatch with an sr20. big list of parts came on it. i got it from some dude down in queens who had the car built with the intentions of bringing it to road course events but just never had the time for the car. so i got a fully built 240 for a steal, and now my goal is to drift it as much and as hard as i can until i can get myself an r32 GTS-T. (as some of you may know, most skylines are illegal here unless it's the r33 made in 1996 between certain months. this is so because it was the only one crash tested and other lame stuff like that). BUT i'm waiting until the 1989 r32 hits 25 years old which is perfectly legal for importation. anyways here's the cars and some pics and whatnot
