Fil will that make it look like the car is travelling at speed? I took 420 pics and only 80 or so got worked on.

yea drop shutter speed as low as you can and follow the car, this will blur the background and the wheels. If you go down to something like 1/20 you'll be lucky to get 1/10 good ones!!
