the only thing i would say is is that you dont really seem to be pushin yourself

you have to keep pushin yourself to make progress

All advice be taken on board

Paul the tip earlier in the day gave me a fright to be honest but car was only boosting .6 I pushed myself on the straight to Honda as it was the 1 thing I wanted to try do as I hadn't done it before
