    Update time!

I sent the car to TDP on Friday morning for mapping thinking great everything is going to be great and I will have it out on Sunday......how I was wrong So I got a call from Robbie at around 2 letting me know that the injectors had shorted due to badly insulated wiring causing them to touch and cause a whole host of other problems.....the ecu was running in limp mode, it had caused a problem with wiring or something iirc, with the alternator causing it not to charge, blew all the fuses for the lights in dash.
Not good news for Robbie or me at this stage, but they persisted and fixed all the problems and got it ready for mapping.

Then, the worst happened.............was checking if everything was ok before going on the Dyno and the release bearing started screeching and the clutch seizing, this was at 4.45pm!!! So they then took the box out and the release bearing was on the wrong way around, schoolboy error on my part I have to admit very embarrassing, but hey i'm not a mechanic, just learning as I go, and its the 3rd clutch I have ever changed, luckily they managed to save the pressure plate and fitted a new release bearing and sleeve.

Anyway Robbie worked until half 10 Friday night and then mapped the car on Saturday evening for me after he came back from Mondello to get the car finished for me in time.

And the all important mapping results. Mapped on a Nistune board the car made 410hp and 375ft/lb of torque @ 1.25 bar and 375hp and 333 lb/ft of torque @ 1.08 bar. Delighted. Car is running brilliant. Is really responsive, spool is very quick and little or no lag.
