Question Backfiring, down in power and black smoke !!

well lads, my AE86 has a sick 4a-gz and i cannot figure out whats up..

was driving to work every day all week and then on the friday i stopped somewhere and when i went back to the car it started fine but then started spluttering.

way down in power and will not let itself rev up. there is a lad on the vacume hose coming from the fuel pressure regulater with two wires going to him and he is constantly clicking, ive tried replacing it with a straight through pipe but didnt make any affect.

ive ruled out bad petrol and i got new iridium plugs IK20 (80 f**king euro), the coolant temp sensor i tink ive tested with a resistor and made no odds, supercharger is building pressure, is getting lots of petrol and spark is very good.

it keeps blackening the plugs so bad that when its turned off it wont start untill the plugs are cleaned again.. any ideas??

anyone have a pin up diagram for a 4A-GZ ECU?

also i tried doing diagnostics on it but no data in the socket only power coming to it.
all ideas and help much appreciated...

It sounds like it's over-fueling like mad, if i had to guess i'd say the yoke on the fuel line with the 2 wires is causing the problem. hard to call it when not at the car, what is the timing like ?

Being supercharged it would still have intercooler pipes for standard intercooler ?

It sounds 100% like an intercooler pipe is off somewhere. That is the exact issues itd cause that your having.

Does it idle alright or does she die out?

Just incase anyone was wondering, I know this post is ancient but it was the ecu that was the problem. Simply got another 1 with same part number and hoped her in and away she went... No bother..
