I'm gone as lazy as hell, so for that reason I'm selling all my gym gear. It's virtually unused.


The set consists of;

1 x Ab confidence USA

1 x 5ft steel chrome finish spinlock bar

1x Pro power weights bench w/leg attachment

1 x 7ft Olympic style bar with collar clips

2 x 6ft sturdy stands for squats/trap shrugs

1 x steel chrome finish ez/trap bar

1 x 7ft york fitness 'captains chair' for abs, tricep, biceps, etc.


Over 150kg of assorted weights - cast iron, green rubber coated cast iron and vinyl.


Everything is in full working order.

Everything is like new.

The bigger items can be dis assembled easily.

There are two instruction booklets here too.

All the bolts etc are here.

All spinlocks and spring collars are here.
