i remember the bothers old scooby had it running from the washer bottle. it help slightly on warm days. drag cars etc run the same thing except they either use nitrous spray on them or nitrogen.

if you spray water into the intercooler is the not a chance of it going into the engine?

Are you spraying it ON or INTO the intercooler/boost pipes???

As far as i remember Imprezas have water spray for the intercooler not water injection....Massive difference.

no it's not water injection. it sprays onto the intercooler. think it was from 96 when some impreza had it as an optional extra. it's not constant it's just a spray for about 5 seconds

it's not a big improvement it's just for the second pump i wasn't going to leave it there unused.

gave her a good wash and underneath to see polybushed subframe and braided brake lines(look to be goodridge) so thats two jobs off the list

FINALLY A FEW PHOTO'S!!!!!!!
so i took the vented wing off to paint it. other one will be done after this.
but a big wollop went down after i baught cans of paint and as soon a i put ''clear coat'' on it started to run all the paint off!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i wasn't clear coat after all!

so back to square 1 again. sanding,priming,wet sanding, priming, wet sanding and a few shots of a spray gun later gave me this -->




heres more pics of the inside after i took all the interior out to remove the sound deadining. then i gave it a lick of hammerite.


and if you've noticed from the older pics, the fan shroud was broken at the top so to tidy it up on the cheap carbon was the answer. i didn't was stuff hitting the fan after all. pics......-->

almost forgot. got some z32 twin turbo front brakes off a mate for the car but im not to bodered about putting them on. but if anyone is interested message me before mondello prodrift rd5. and ill send pics or whatever. but anytime after that im keeping them. will swap for something with same value
