apexi safc2/neo on sr20..... will it help me get more power up to 300bhp or not

looking into getting one of these , are they any good for making more power on a sr20 with my mods or not?? dont really want to go the nistune route until i go over 300bhp

my goal is 300bhp

my mods are
s15 turbo
hks intercooler
turbo back system
air filter
walbro
apexi avcr

i understand its only a fuel controller , but im just wondering is it worth it if im trying to get 300bhp??

also will i need bigger injectors and a z32 afm? what other mods ? and what boost would i run

i the same b4 i got mine mapped i only wanted 300bhp, then i wanted more and more and more, ha. better off going getn lites of a nistune or if you can affoard to push for something beter do

ever think of one of those H-DEV chips nikki? might be worth a bit of investigating,

but would nearly be better off just hanging of for a nistune if u do plan on getting one eventually

but i want moar powerz now dave!!!! when i do go for a nistune in the future, id rather get a gt2871r (or whatever its name is) 555 injectors and a z32 so i could run 350bhp so id rather do that all in one go

i dunno about getting a chip, ill look more into it but they are pricey enough!

can anyone give me more info on safc2's/neo's

best of waiting till u have the funds to go remappable ecu dude ever consider a hx30 as opposed to a 2871r pm mark on here for info on one hes running one and very good power from his car

i seriously cant afford a proper set up till much much later in the year as funds are quite dead at the moment!

Nope they are a cracking turbo but you need a t3 manifold external wastegate custom downpipe different oil feed and return custom intake and of course find a hx30.
To be honest safc isn't worth the money power is gained by adjusting the timing as well as a bigger turbo also what size are the fuel tables on them?

whats the max boost a s15 turbo can take? surely having it mapped to give extra fuel at higher boost is good?

have a loook through TDP dyno thread i think he had a graph up of an sr20 with s15bb turbo, surely that will tell ya what its boosting at, i think they can take 1.2bar nikki, i could be totally wrong tho
