    Default advoice please lads

    right i,m after getting a 320 e30 for a drift tramp what would ye do to make it slide good i how u need a good diff thats my first port of call i,m welding it tomorrow but what else would ye suggest to do

    stiffin up the rear suspension loose all the wait out of the rear and have a look at the diff mount if its just bolted on get it welded on seen a few pop off and rip the boot floor off just look into it

    as said strip out everything not needed and lower it.

    what ratio is the diff?

    add some extra lock spacers for a cheap upgrade, an e36 rack will reduce lock to lock turning for you.

    never heard of an e30 boot floor ripping, e36 yeah but never heard of an e30

    4x 2euro coins, knock the centres out and put them between the rack and the tie rods. it'l give you more angle on the wheels.

    e30 manual rack is 4.4 turns lock to lock, ps rack is 4.0. the e36 rack is 3.2 turns lock to lock so less turning for 50euro isn't too bad
