Would a standard R33 GTR diff fit a R33gtst.

its alot of work, you need the half shafts and the hubs too i think, tdp done the diff conversion on mine, give robbie a call and see whats involved, i know its not very straight forward anyway

More involved than that for sure , as mick said shafts and hubs need to be matched up and prop needs to be modified,
