Default Defi Gauge Install.. Oil Temp / Water Temp

    Quick question lads.

First time at this lads so hopefully not a too tick question! Where should I pulling the water temperature from? I thinking about removing the water temp sensor completely and plugging the defi sender into it? Its just off the inlet side of the block. I know theres another one beside it.. this looks like the water sensor running to the ECU (Silly to remove this). I could also get an adaptor for the hose running from the rad back into the block (requires ordering the adaptop)... but I was thinking of putting a fan controller here.. like this http://www.apexperformance.co.uk/cat...478f42ec8e01d4

For the oil temperature, it appears theres a block off on the exhaust side close to wear the turbo oil/ water feed the turbo on the block. Is this blocked off screw water or oil, and is this where everyone has oil temp read from?

    So two questions:
Where are people pulling water temp?
Where are people pulling oil temp?

    oh ye its a 180

    Cheers,
    Si

Heres the two things you need, get the sandwitch plate as then ya can run both oil temp and pressure yano,

If your getting rid of the standard water temp yar water temp on the dash will prob stop operating....

Think these are the cheapest ones to get,

When gettin a sandwich plate I wouldn't cheap out on it as you don't want oil leaks all over the place, I got mine of driftworks for 80 quid and does the job perfect!
