    **Update**

OK, ive priced some transport for passengers, I am still awaiting confirmation for the car transporter at the minute.
Ive gotten a few different prices just so it can be compared.

1car + 4passengers (1x4 berth Cabin incl) = Stg£482 For ferry only, add fuel to which ever vehicle.
(This is just an example of pricing)

Mini bus with 18 people incl Driver and mini bus hire based on Sixt car rental. Incl 4x 4berth cabins and 1x2berth cabins = Stg£150/170 each including fuel.

Also on the above Minibus price it may adjust a small bit due to the ferry company only allowing me book a minibus for 9people online. Although i could book the extra cabins which is the main part of the pricing.
I will have to make a phone call to be 90% sure of an accurate price for the remaining 9 people to travel in the mini bus onto the ferry.

If the transporter takes 8cars, Giving each car 2 people will fill one minibus plus an extra 2 people.

So I now need rough numbers of others interested in coming as passengers.

With the minibus I would prefer to give a price of Stg£200 per person all inclusive (ferry and fuel) at this price i feel is giving an approx figure to be safe but i would be still hoping Stg£150/170 max including fuel.

Also for anyone wanting to come I will need a deposit (not sure when) as I aint forking out money to pay for hire and ferries if noones going to show up

Sponsors for travelling drivers also greatly appreciated!!

**Irish people please note this above price is based from the UK, not Ireland, extra travel from Ireland will occur, at worst it's €40 to get a ferry (foot passenger) and train to the minibus location in the UK **
Or you could pre book cheap flights, but this is all still to be confirmed when i have proper numbers from each country.

If enough people from Ireland I will arrange a bus from Dublin across, but pointless for less than 10people.

I can't confirm until I've heard back from organisers til I know if they are going to help us partially with the cost or not

I have a final figure now of cost for the 8car transporter but until I get confirmation from the organisers I don't want to scare u just yet!

At the moment (considering the price above is in Sterling) I would hope €700MAX per car from Ireland. And also cars from Ireland will be limited due to the fact the price will be so low so the transporter can collect some other cars in the UK on the way back for some extra monies

Even if it was €700, €350 per car each way from Ireland to Portugal is fuk all!

There has been a step forward today regarding the car transporter, a sponsor has come forward and contributed towards the cost of the truck

As of now places are seriously limited. Before posting full details I am awaiting word back of confirmation from the Irish drivers who had shown interest first.
Russell you have til tomorrow to 100% confirm the 3spots!

I'm not posting prices up until these spots are confirmed/cancelled.

As it stands now if these Irish drivers take the spaces previously booked, it'll be time to arrange the 2nd truck

    Update...

The first car transporter of 8cars has been filled.
I have 2 more certainties fr the second truck along with 3 90% sure along with a reserve list!

At the minute I'm contimplating between a 5 or 8car transporter. This will be the LAST truck to get organised so if anyones thinking about making the trip, you need to make yourself known asap.

The first truck was priced at €600 per car there and back from Irl.

Regardless of the second 5-8car truck I would hope we can get a similar deal pricewise as the first truck.

    Bump..

As of now I have 3 spots confirmed for Truck no2. Along with some 2/3 Irish drivers tbh.

If we can make the 8 cars for the 2nd transporter, I would guess the price will remain the same as the first transporter. Once a sponsor is happy to contribute the same as truck no1.

The price at this deal is €600/650 per car from IRL.

There will be one loading location for everyone to meet and load their cars before the truck leaves for the UK/Spain.

The day is to be confirmed for loading.

As it seems a lot of drivers want to fly, this helps me with not having to try organise a coach/bus also.

What I will need from drivers is a deposit before the 7th September and full payment a week or so before the event. Cash/cheque is preffered as Paypal takes fees and i aint taking a hit for them!

Im afraid i WILL NOT be able to offer a refund if u cant make it for some reason, it will be up to YOU to re-sell your spot on and cover your loss along with the remaining fees.

This is purely so the rest of us sharing the truck dont have to fork out an extra last minute cost to cover your spot and I dont get out of pocket due to organising the transporters.

    Morning bump

€250 deposit before the end of August and then you can pay the remaining over the next few weeks in €100 installments if it suits instead of having one big payment a week before the event if it helps?

Regardless I will need full payment before the 24th of September so that the truck is paid for before leaving Ireland and we all know where we stand

Upon deposits recieved i want what class you want to enter: Amateur or Pro.
And also when you have your travel arrangements let me know all details asap so i can forward them to arrange airport pick up and hotels
