Epic shots dude, your panning looks so crisp. Where you around for the morning session, if you were, we were probably standing right beside each for some of it...:)

wouldnt say crisp adam, that 200 lens weighs a tonne so theres an awful ot of shake in some of the pics or shutter speed is jus slightly too slow :S but cheers pal, had a look at your pics earlier as i as postng these, looking good, really feeling the one with the chaser in the paddock :) was around all day but was only shooting on and off :)

i do greg but im not sure wether they're worth looking at to be honest, i'll have a check now to see if the quality of the shots good enough to use :)

I would kill for the decent 200, Im stuck with a canon 75-300 that ruins every photo it seems to take, and the 1d mkII weights around 7 tonnes so that doesnt help...:D I flicking between 1/60th and 1/90th of a second to get my shots...:)

Yeah I had noticed the lad coming up with you, I was waiting for the photos he took to come up, he went up further then me towards the corner, and I may have to try there the next day, they look great...:)

ive got the 2.8 200 on my d300 so its twie the weight pal :S dont knock a standard lens though pal, i was shooting with a 55-200 f4 nikon up until this year and it never ever let me down, it always took great shots :)

The 75-300 is grand, its just the focus that lets it down, sometimes it complete misfocuses and then has to start all over again, but hey, Im not gonna blame the camera, its me that needs improving not the camera and lens...:P
