Is there like a dedicated drift section...............

Did anyone ever see the D1GP series game for ps2,only ever seen it advertised on internet and jap magazines and stuff,wish there was a version launched here,would be great if sombody designed and launched somethin like this here

yes there is dedicated drift section online..

and yes i have the original D1GP in japanese i done a joby on my slimline ps2 at the time to play any region games i had all the Kaido's Genki racing games some where awful with cool content and other were just cool!

Me an kev (Gar-4-AGE on here) used to be flat out at it, full tune cars were the best swapping the tytest wheels and changin paints got serious play out of the game!

They released a version of the game in the US 3 years after the original release of the dame in jaoan and added the rs r s2k and rys millens GTO it doesnt have the same edge as the jap one though atal.

Buy Swap Magic Kit off Gameworld Direct or Mr.Modchip and the game off PlayAsia.com an you'll be able to play but its out of date at this stage i still have them all here mind.

Forza is unreal lads i built myself R33 GTR to RWD spec and powers!! make mince of the kaido touge Kev chaseing me in the Option video spec eg6 :cool:

Buy a typical rwd car for drifting add 2 way diff full coilovers rear ARB and start out with only a small amount of power like in an cam say 180bhp or s body 300bhp minimum parts..

Sport tyres

Go into tune drop it, apply some negative camber to suit your style then some toe out on the front stiffen it to ho you like and your away.:)
