My JZX100 Chaser, From Cruiser to Drifter

I got a PFC off Dave in Japanese Perfromance for €600, and the map was €580 including new plugs. Those prices are guestimations at this stage. Robbie looked afer me though when a setting was changed on the PFC and the car was running like a bag of shite. He took the car back and ran it for half a day on the dyno to sort it, and didn't charge me anoher cent.

The commander with the PFC is handy to have because I can get petrol in different garages and watch the Knock reading to see how good or bad it is, and now know where to get good petrol which helps with the MPG.

Are the PFC and commanders not model specific, i.e. for mine would be as common as rocking horse shite?

Ya they are model specific alright. Maybe Dave in Japanese Performance could find you one???? I threw €50 petrol into the car Saturday and have done 200 hard driving miles and there's still a quarter tank left, so she's good enough on the go go juice.

Fuckin hell!! Although i pulled the plugs at ther weekend and one of them was drenched in petrol, so i must have an iffy injector. And my fuel pump is knackered too! yay
