so do i !! electrical problem has come back to haunt me , so fuckn disheartn at this stage ,goin to strip the afm loom down tomorrow up in pauls examine it ,check continuity ,connetions etc ,as when i disturb the loom it causes a hunt or jump in the revs and also napping out ..........

We tried a new ac valve yest and a brand new z32 on it .......until i mentioned the loom (see 1st post on thread as to why ) i pulled the loom for the afm/injectors about and got some what of stable/better idle so off with all the insulating tape to examine the loom tomorrow have an electrician mate with me who is very skilled at this stuff so hoping he can help ...........and i can make my booking on wednesday

..............but at the moment to say the least im ragn over it ,yet keepn the head up to get it sorted and move on .....

Home finally !!!!!! Big thanks to paul pretty much spent the day on saturday scratchn our heads and hold rosary beads hoping that we would find the problem . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Low and behold it was the common faulty cas !!! ....we had a spare one there ready to go so we banged that on and boomski !!!! she ticked over like a mouses heart . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . fuckn delighted :D , wasnt the word ! the smile on pauls face was as big as mine cause the car just didnt want t leave that garage at all we had one other small issue nothing major 2 sec job and that was it , left the garage with me out of date insurance cert (was insured) and 4 months outa tax :D ............. and believe it or not a bita nct in the window :D

Off to tdp on wednesday morning for a quick base map then run it in for a while before i go on holidays portugal might i add :D then when i come home , finish off running it in before the final map to finally up the boost and get this snail working ....................... :D

ill bang up a pic later on as it stands now

went more than bang ! lads ill be making a new thread and i can talk then but for now yes most know what happened and it is getting rebuilt as we speak by a reputable firm , and i hope for great results as this car has been away now for nearly a year ...............probably the most dishearting thing ever trust me . . . . . . . . . . .

RITE !!! .......Me bollocks am i startn a new thread ill just keep this goin and keep it short and sweet ..........engine let loose and is now up in tdp getting a full rebuild from top to bottom due to the serious amounts of damage after being done, not alot could have been saved so alot was replaced ........................should see block together by the end of the week, robbie more than welcome to shed light on the work being done to educate us all if he wishes .............. other than that its in good hands and ill keep the thread updated as best i can as i know alot of folk are rebuilding/tuning rb20's these days and it might be very helpfull ................
