um all the dishes that get made have this plate on them!

Arite i'm sure a machining workshop here could do it with cnc! its basic dish prob jus forged alluminum.. That dish you have in the pic wouldn't be the easiest to make thou..

are you talking about a machine shop cutting you out dishes out of massive blocks of aluminium?????????

there is no way you will get anywhere to CNC a dish for you.
and if you did, the cost would be ridiculous.

take the wheel apart, and start messuring.
then ring image with your messurments and see what they say.
