is he cheap? pat wants E85 for a 235-40-18 fitted, i though that was a good price, might go to that lad from now on so, sure if i have to drive through balla anyway it saves a bit of a trip :) must get onto jason as-well actually for some HID Lights.
i got 215/40/17s uniroyal rain sports savage tyre . 65 each new . tink they kep the 1s you want instock mosta the time i fink .ya jay is in spain dis week n hols wnt be bk til nxt saturday
ah i really think 30mm overs are grand, they dont alter the look too much but despise the 50mm they bulge too much and look shite, ill see how they sit anyway with the wheels and might consider cutting the pannels and rolling them out further and have a smoother flare.
ah there is no rush with them anyway i can wait till hes back, thats a good price for a good tyre, ill get onto him so, kinda tied to pat as hes ordered the tyres in specifically for me.
did the other side today, got my little brother to hold the heat gun on the arches till it was too hot to touch and keep it on them as i worked, and they came out alot better and quicker, and the paint only cracked in one little spot :)

the other side, they seem symetrical enough but ill have to wait until the wheels are mounted so i can fine tune each arch.

currently still waiting for my other wheels to be delivered, as if they have a low disk face ill split the back wheels again and swap the faces so i wont have to run as much camber on the rear to tuck the rim.
so its just a waiting game.

need to lower the rear and take out a bit of camber but couldnt be arsed today.
and im still fairly confident ill be getting rear overfenders too. :/
also is ti normal for a lil air to be leaking out between the tyre and lip? i was told they usually do that for a few hours till they settle in.
he didnt use any bead sealer so will i have to let the air out of the tyres and put some bead sealer on and pump them up again?
the rear arches look awesome rolled :)
i honestly wouldnt bother with wings or overfenders cos it looks awesome like that. to make the front fit all ya gotta do is put in the camber to the max, and i tiny bit at the back and your fitment will be perfect
in my eyes the car is perfect like that!!!
ah they came out alright, would need the filler treatment to look there best but im delighted how much of a pull i got on them :) screwed up the passanger side front kicking myself now but its getting replaced so dont really mind.
camber is to the max, the topmounts are at there limits, i could get camber bolts but its about 10mm to the shock anyway, plus its going to require alot of work, where the loom comes out the wing the grommet is in the way along with the bonnet latch cable, so ill be pulling the wing off tomorrow and cutting up to lift them up as far out of harms way then bash out to make some room for full lock with compressed suspension,
il defiantly be getting front wings for comfort ill have a think about the rears.
i think these ones will look nice flow well with original lines and all that jazz.
http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...BCA0FC305A.jpg
Yeah can run the loom thu the engine bay with out cutting any wire i did it to my one was handy or move the fuse box inside the car took me awhile to move it but was deffo worth it
hmm i would love to movethe fuse box into where the passanger airbag was but i planned on sorting the engine bay and engine side of things next year, might just pull it out and oute it through the bay for now i should have done that the first time but ya live and learn, any tips for bringing it through the bay?
Lobbed on the bumper and lowered the rear,
before i started a better look at the arches

took it down the road and nearly destroyed the front bumper so ill have no choice but to lift up the front a bit, but before that im going to put the transport box on the John deer and pull out the margin in the middle of the road :) seems the easier solution... migh have to do the road all the way into sligo then aswell :P haha

That looks savage man fair play, just keep rolling and pulling the fenders, no need for overfenders. Looks perfect as is. Just hammer and modify everything as is until its driveable like that.
Your other bumper looked better....
That is the perfect s15! Please do not put overfenders on the car. As said above pull the shit out of the original arches. Would not change a thing about it!
man its a serious lookn s15, what offset wheels are on the front ? they rubbing ?? tiz a pain lowering an s15 as the front bumper sticks so far out in front of the car and hits the ground very easy.
18x10 -6 give or take a lil bit but thats what i worked them out to be, rubbing on everything at that height lol, ill have to cut up the metal to try and lift the entry point of both the bonnet cable and loom because as soon as you full lock with the suspension compresssed the tyre will clean them out haha. ya it is and the bumper was so expensive i dont want to destroy it within the first week on the road, might trim the bottom of it and lift it up a half inch will make things so much easier but not keem on that either.
ha cheers ill have a think about it.
Serious? i hated that bumper the fit around the lights was horrible, and was never keen on the gap between the lights filled up.
ya lots of chainsaw craftsman ship going into it now :) , had to cut a lil lip to make room for the rear camber arms today to get it sitting right, front inner arches are getting a beating now for room :)
Ah might be just me so mate i hate the gap between the lights if your sellin the other bumper i might take it
ya sure let me know what its worth to ya and ill have a think about it, have another vertex bumper aswell so its a bit surplus.
its just a vertex fiberglass bumper with the peice off a original bumper bonded onto it.
oh hell yes :) dish :)
Looking mean dude, maybe some more camber in the front??
no worrys man i wanted to go bn anyways just tought he might do a range of kits. of driftkits.ie brian will sort you out no problemo
cars looking class! as the lads said i wouldn't go any further with as thats perfection
Cheers Tom, realised today that there was actualy loads left in the front camber adjusters so dilled in What seems to be 2deg but the car was brutle to drive had to fight to keep the wheels straight so put it back to 0deg, its not tracked est its been lowered so id say thats Why the steering was so twitchy so ill get it tracked and try again but it looked heaps better.
Sound man i was onto him before about the front bumper sound guy, ill do that so. Im sure i seen bn skirts and rear bumper for sale i can try and find them if your interested he broke his front bumper dunno if it was repairable.
Cheers man, few lil touches Yet and if i ever get my seat cushions back i can finish the intrior.
lookd fukn super cool last nite in town. dnt over fender it looks perfect as is.
Looked allright for a newholland haha, ah no harm to get them and see how they go would like to take out a lil camber at the back dont want so much camber that the car looks broken haha
Speaking of looking Nice lastnight staggered rsgt's your onto a winner lad, did you get my pm?
For the money Nice spec new wheels i think they are class. And that 32 is all the inspiration ya need, make them work something a bit diffrent from the norm.
