Cost of drifting

to do one drift practice in mondello,
mondello fee 150 ish
8 2nd hand tires at 10 euro each
petrol 60 euro
food 10 euro,
oil change after the day 50 to 60 euro (i used to do it after every drift day)
thats me driving my daily drifter down and back, i only lived 30 mins from mondello
thats done on the cheap with a s14a not too madly modded
thats 300euro min, not talking about replacing wheel bearings clutches etc etc, fun day out, but what kinda rally days would you get for 300 euro or how much would it be to do production trials or karting?

for me it be price of tyres, petrol, entry fee
but i drive to the track so any tips iam fucked
bbut i do live close to most tracks uselly an hours drive be tullow or stonies
mondelllo 20 mins

Entry 50-150 depending
Fuel 50e Mondello, 70ish tullow or stones including getting there
Tyres 80e and get at least 3 days out of them. don't use second hands, you wont get value for money
Grub 10e :D

So I'd say somewhere in around the 200e mark every day out

1 day at bishopscourt cost me about €350 if i use 6 tyres. thats includes pretrol, boost, diesel and entry.

I'd agree with that, but I'd say another few quid for petrol
My 180 took €90 to fill the tank, if it was open pit in mondello
you would use that and more.

btw Days like portlaiose cost around €100 less;)

yawww. 120 now though for winter johnny boyyy.. but yeah i get seriously cheap part worns just about free (3 euro a tyre)... and doesnt cost me for transport eithier..... you could say 120 entry (winter times at the min) 4 tyres- 8 tyres (24 euro for me.) petrol 40-50euro. so just around the 200 mark...

food: we go old skool like the rally days and bring the flask and the sambos and the kettle.

BUT THIS IS MY BUDGET WITH STANDARD POWER........... and not any1 elses the more power tyres etc it gets more expensive..... more comps etc.

mondello entry as said above 140-150...50-60 if your renting a trailer....depending on wear your coming from 20-50 in disel/petrol for the tower,few tyres anywear from 20-200 depedning on what you buy,bit off grub,petrol for the drifter...even knocking off the trailer hire if you have your own your averageing about 300 for the day!

Fair play to ya lad you're getting away with a cheap day out.
40-50 euro fuel in the drift car won't get ya too far, considering your on the limiter for the most part. IMO

add 50 for a trailor and another 50 for fuel 100 for 4 p/w 17's
and that's the difference between 200 and 400.

yeah im talking about entry and stuff for the likes of mondello but not petrol as i havent been out there yet in the drift car..... only the track i go to. i used a half thank in the skyline when i had it. for 5 hours drifting...

but i get the cheapy tyres from my neighbour who owns a tyre garage so its handy for me. but if we didnt have the trailer and when the price goes back up for mondello if shud be alot more expensive.......

I'm sorry now Willie but your input doesn't really count so imo... Sure Christ ya don't even have to pay for towing the car up there so GTFO ya brat :D
