Got the rear screen out during the week and got around to fitting polycarbonate this evening. Thought this would b be hard but suprisnely is wat failry easy.
Cut out sheet to shape screw it onto booth and then cut around it found this the easiest way to do this as i c some people have a heard time trying to get it right.

All windows must come back off as i must paint the booth door were glass was glued and spray the inside of polycarbonate black.
Also got the drivers door done will have pics tomorow.

Finally all glass replaced with polycarbonate.
Test fitting must also cut out inside off door properly and paint them.

Blue peter badge on the way anto..... top class. Does the rear window flex much? do see them fitted with supporting strips on few cars.

Small little bit of flex in window not much u can push it in but no mode than half an inch

Cheers nicky. Cannot wait myself now at this stage sick of looking at it in pieces :).

Picked up hardrace engine mounts for it today stop the horse from rocking ha. Gona get them fitted tomorow and try get most of work in the bay done before it goes off for paint the end of the month.

Gave the front lca a lick of paint and new balljoints.
