well lads ive an r33 turbo on my r32 runs perfect an .6 bar on the std r32 actuator, but i got an adjustable actuator fitted it at same length as original, boosted .6 fine, wound it in abit to get more wana run .8-.9 but it still only running .6? im very confused now! checked the vacum pipe going to actuator and its fine?

Is it the standard line that came on the car that is plumbed in to the actuator?if so check it for a restrictor if not check your gaskets for leaks and your pipe work for leaks.you still over fuelling?

Your actuator could be fecked or you might still have a boost leak causing the overfuelling.
Standard rb20 actuator on a r33 turbo should be running 12psi !! think it's a known upgrade for r33's and 34's, what elbow have you got on the turbo, just wondering if the wastegate flap is stuck or something??

The manifold pressure is perfect for a boost gauge.
Keep shortening the threaded bar ,you mightn't have it short enough yet.
Needs a fair bit of pre-tension on it.
