What's the total height if the unit (I'd assume 10inch plus maybe another two?)

Can that be hooked up to any half decent stereo?

Would I need to change all the speakers in the car too?

i didnt change speakers in any car i used it in

Stereos are easy Mick, the hard part is hiding the wires and figuring out why you have one screw left over after you have the car back together.
