Ok stupid question time
What's the total height if the unit (I'd assume 10inch plus maybe another two?)
Can that be hooked up to any half decent stereo?
Would I need to change all the speakers in the car too?

ye lad once ur stereo has rca output on the back it'll work,
i didnt change speakers in any car i used it in
total dimensions are
H 31.5cm x W 51cm x D 38cm
