Also picked up this blitz electronic boost controller and power meter, gonna try nct the car in the next week or two then wire this in and up the boost to 1 bar :D

cheers man, i have the intentions of getting it sprayed gloss black again at some stage as the matte was always just a temporary job...when funds allow!

The bonnet is a genuine d~max but it's highly unlikely you'll find another one here. There is a place in the uk that makes reps of them though...still not cheap either

Have been a bit quiet on this the last while so thought i'd just update this.

Got a new set of uniroyal rainsport 3 tires on up front for some steering grip.
Also picked up this set of ultra rare silvia window louvres yesterday!

Seeing the way it looks almost like gloss paint In those pics makes me think it would look unbelievable in full gloss black . Those window vents are uber cool i wanted them so bad just didn't have the money :)

Have'nt really updated this in a while so here's what i've been up to.

Driving the car as a daily and the dmax bonnet was starting to annoy me as it was letting the rest of the car down as there was loads of stonechips and chips etc so I decided to finally paint it to match the rest of the car.

So bonnet off

If was you I'd try the plastic dip stuff cheap and comes off easily if you don't like it and donsnt damage the polished and lip spoke !!
