    Default The 180 rebuild, labour of love ha

    Well after getting the car more then a year ago, i knew it will come to this early or late, in a mean time i tried to sell it couple of times, thought of braking it couple of times i just couldn't bring myself to doing it. So this is what the car looked like, high spec to begin with 97' type-x with NSX head lamp conversion and lots more, now to the pictures





    And yes it was a really cool car to begin with and here is most of the spec

    Then few months back i decided that is time to have it all re-sprayed, and sure for those who know me, and know how anal i can get one thing led to another and couple of weeks later it was not a car but just a very bear shell, i mean literally all was stripped and sent the car to the bodyshop. I got it back couple of weeks ago and i've been really busy and had no time to do much with it, but finally got the ball rolling, i decided to star from the back and work my way trough to the front. RR subframe, diff new brake lines booth interior and interior all complete now, next will be mini wire tuck in engine bay, kit engine and box and front suspension here is some pictures all opinions and advise welcome guys don't be shy ha

    Midnight purple same as code on chassis plate LP2, plans are to do the wire tuck in the engine bay, put it all back together, get a power run done and see weather a map is needed! It was all under-sealed and rust treated, all battery trays and useless brackets removed and engine bay flushed and sprayed with the remaining flake from a certain NoelB's car hahah

    There is 2 pristine Bride Brix graduation's to go in it but only when all else is finished, I'll update this as it goes, i'm struggling to think what else to add to the spec so all ideas welcome

    The other big bollix is putting it on to the back of the 34 hahaha i couldn't bring myself to drilling the carbon-fibre haha

    I agree but at the same time......... i drove behind it and i must say it suited it down to the ground I'm trying to get my hands on a 2UP spoiler but f**k me is it impossible i have 3 pice Origin to go on but the quality is pretty poor so not decided yet
