All skyline gearboxes will fit all types of skyline engines, thats it unless you are changing the bellhousings or using adaptor plates..

Depends, Boxes from N/A rb's and RB20det's go for alot less then the much stonger 5 speed ones from an RB25det. The 6 speed ones fitted to R34 gtt srs2's are more expensive again.
