I have been man, and yes sometimes its silly!! But im just curious to who would take over!! I thought 90% of todays judging was spot on, me and 2 other drivers called most of the same judgements!

lad i done my first drift event 6 years ago back when it was only starting and have been competing or following ever since. I love drifting (even more than time attack and im champion at that but dont tell anyone:-) ) and about 60% of decisions were rite today at the most and because of that some very promisin pilots missed out! Its not fair

Well I find and have always found ciaran hynes to be biased towards the cork drivers and some of his scores in super lap were unreal bad,. As a spectator I like to see runnin the wall in top 16 don't get me wrong the overtakin is super exciting and gets the crowd going but the lines ran were so much shallower wit good portion of drivers runnin over the inside white line... Off topic, sorry bout the detour git but I fuckin hate abbeyleix and got out of the lane without a scratch.. and gem I love the s13 man runnin nice tire stretch..

had a look at Darrens car Saturday evening just bedew I went home and it was well bent at the front end alright which would have messed things up even if they straightened it as best they could
Maybe the MacNamara team will have to get some spare cars

20 euro for Sunday would be alot really considering there was much more action and drama on Saturday and it was only 10 euro. Probably be better to run the Pro Qualifying on Sunday morning as it drags on very late in the evening Saturday especially u there is a few crashes that bees clearing up which is tiring for the drivers and teams as well as it gets too drawn out fir spectators that are there all day

Not sure on inital entry speed but he was well into 3rd gear and 2nd is good for around 60 before he changes and he was well into 3rd which tops out at about 80 or 90

they got a speed for him hitting the wall at nearly 50mph anyway which would have been after bit of braking!

Thought it was a good start to the year... Some good driftin, good weather and a big crowd! Guards at the gate was upsetting but nothing Prodrift can do about that... Some big offs on Saturday which was awesome but at the same time sorry to the drivers involved... And yes Darrens car was bent out of shape, like really badly... Dont think hed 1 gud run Sunday seeing as he done it Saturday... As always loved watchin Donal in that mental little cam... Big congrats to everyone involved especially James, Nigel and Alan for taking the top 3 spots... Roll on Punchestown!

It was a great event BUT and they're big but's, Saturday was too long, it was 7.45 when it finished up. Some of the judging calls were very off. Super lap was a bit random at times.

Personally the worst call of the day was with Alan Sinnott (sorry lad), theres NO way that was a rerun with Mick Deane, Mick beat him fair and square. the first run was very close, I'd even call it a Sinnott win because of the lead he pulled coming out of the tear drop BUT the second run was a 0 for Alan, it shouldn't have even been a question, he cut one corner and then flattened the second cone and then Mick pulled a bigger lead than Alan had in the first run. In the rerun that shouldn't have happened it was very close and that should have been rerun but it was given to Alan.

As for getting judges from a different country, I'm sure its possible but be prepared for the entry fee and ticket costs to go up to pay for it.
