Oh yeah, quick update.

Day 1 drama has turned into week long drama. The second engine failed, the boys ran out of time and neither my car or Robbies ran today. In fact they both arrived at the track about 11.00 this morning.

So thats any shot at decent place in the series fcuked and both of us flew half way across the world to do nothing. Pissed off doesn't begin to describe it, Im off to catch up with Colfer and the boys for beer.

At least the rest of the lads were all flying today.They're all well placed for tomorrow and will do us proud no doubt !

Dunno hoss, I was told its a lubrication issue with the 2.7 crank and it ran bearings twice !. Im not convinced, either way mapping a new engine the week of the first round is just retarded, this shit should have been done a month ago at the latest.
