    Default Hydralic handbrake

New compbrake handbrake just fitted to ps13,from ears motorsport.

Mechanic fitted it and has done many before, cant get hod of him till morning.

Problem:Pressure is not great unless brake pedal is pressureised then it is serious, but main problem is brakes locked up solid when i was testing them, released the presure by losening rear bleed nipple.

Any reaons for this, could it be the wrong .625 cylender i have.

    Pedal pressure is perfect.

He has the brake pipes the wrong way around on the handbrake cylinder.

It happened me on the first one I fitted(on my own car)

I assumed that the rear outlet on the handbrake cylinder went to the rear and the front for the front and I got the same symptoms you describe, It wouldn't bleed properly and when I pressed the foot brake the rear brakes locked on.

Swapped the pipes around and spot on from then on...
