how many days before changin oil??

as above how often should i change my oil?
i think iv done about 5 or 6 full drift Practice since it was done last
so would it need one now

also im goin out to buy some oil now so which should i buy??

Id change mine after every 2 events. But thats with hard driving. Its up to yourself really.

Id recommend Mobil 1 15 50. Its not cheap tho, but i can sell it at a cheap price if your interested. Pm me.

as chuck said mobil is very good i use their 10w40 motorsport i find it good enough it comes in 4l cans that will do you for an oil change on an sr get a 1l can for top ups aswell when your getting it as its not that well stocked around the country
