550 injectors

well lads i have a 180sx was just thinkin of puting in 550cc injectors would the car run wit them with out a bigger fuel pump.cause i have them just sitin ere doin nothing.thanks

first of al the car wont run right if you just put them in and on the off chance that it does run properly and u drive the car you will be overfueling and do damage to the engine thats all before you even need to worry bout a fuel pump but to ansewer your question if you were doing things right ie gettin your car mapped after you fit the injectors yes you would need uprated fuel pump to feed the larger capacity injectors

see i got a new engine and the 550 were wit it but i just took the fuel rail off and put on my 1.so mapin the car would be my answer.

yes mappin the car is the only way out of it be a much better idea to hold of till ur upgrading your turbo and air flow i.e z32 flow meter, no point putting in injectors when the engine is still only going to be demanding standard rate of fuel from a standard engine

i think they are hks lad cause they are yellow and as far as i no hks makes there 550 in yellow.ill have a good look at them 2 moro and see for defo what make they are.sure what they wort 2 ye lad......
