Depends what plans ya have for under the car, like i had it that way 30% of the time say. I could rotate the car and stop it wherever i want, i think its dead handy.

My buddy that made the spit now has the rack and subframe that came on this car so he's modifying the subframe to bring the rack forward. Same as done by superclarkey on Driftworks
. It allows for more travel and with it this car should have the best lock possible in an Sbody or next to it anyway.

He's a welder by trade and if people are interested he might start making them on an exchange basis. I wont know till he makes this one if he's interested or not.

im planning on doing some seam welding and undersealing, i think the spit will have to be made.

it'll be good to see what sort of lock you can get now with the knuckles and steerings rack pulled forward

Its a 20G turbo, was already on the car. Great turbo on boost but ya i found it laggy, with the right clutch control its grand though

Was going to buy a BC stroker kit off a buddy of mine (he still has it) but was a small bit out of budget so im just boring it and using standard crank.

In bed here dying after a wedding so not much progress is gonna be made today

I hope this cage is easier to fall in over than the last one! I nearly broke my ankle getting into it in fermoy! Can't wait for my spin in it!

Yeah the cage is user friendly enough, in contact with TDP at the moment for "the works" head work, doing the block and then mapping it so im happy enough.

Ya its brand new he was going to use it but cant afford it now,
He has Crank and rods no pistons think he wants 1500 for it.
