    Default diff

    What parts did you replace, its probaly the crown wheel and pinion thats worn.

    i dont tink its the box coz its only there since i put the diff in..

    will using better oil make a big difference??

    i replaced everyting crown wheel pinnion bearings casing

    A wise man once said, if your diff is whining keep on driving, if it makes a clunk throw it in the junk! Oh no wait I just made it up! Ive heard newly reconed gearboxs whine, you sure it doesn't need to be bedded in? And also the right oil should make a difference! On I seperate note, I love diff whine!

    have yet to hear a diff that doesnt make a small bit of noise the only diff that iv had that didnt whine was a limmo in me old cam prepared by mike deane!!!! but wouldnt have been a very tight diff!!!

    could be the carrier bearing on the drive shaft

    mcn sport in buttevant is where i get that oil anyway €20 a litre though
