great work pity about the engine hope u get sorted!! where did you get the 25mm spacers??

If you look them up on ebay, a fella with a store name rudiemods sells them, he was charging too much for postage so I contacted him direct and got a cheaper price on the postage. They fit well but they are fairly heavy.

Cool!!! And how did you fair out with the droplinks going onto the e46 wishbone seeing as there is no spot to join the droplink to like there is on the e36 ones? and did they fit ok??

I didn't use e46 wishbones, just extended the standard ones by about 35mm I think.

New engine is in and I'll hopefully get it out for a spin sunday to see how's she's running with the lightened flywheel and how it sounds with the cherry bombs, vid to follow hopefully

Well that wouldn't be hard! Yeah hopefully it's finally sorted now, few bits to do to tidy it up again, looking forward to giving it a good rattle sunday

Got the car down home again at the weekend, seems to be going great now, no overheating and no pressure building in coolant pipes so engine seems to be solid. Gave it a good warming sunday and all went well.

So work that was done since last update, new engine, m50 manifold, M20 lightened flywheel and clutch, driftworks aluminium radiator, 2:1 steering quickner & twin cherry bomb exhausts fitted to straight through exhaust.

The clutch is slipping a bit, any ideas why this would be as it was a perfect clutch that went back into it, something to do with the E30 setup?
