Ha ha talk about the pot calling the kettle black as if back in the day the fellas rallying or organising the rallies didn't do their share of scutting and drive through their local village like clowns for half the night.
Mmmmmm sure where do the rally lads test their cars....block off a country road illegally and go for a good rip,how many of the rally cars are road legal and own their cars legitimately not on English plates etc

Unfortunately I won't make it to kilarney this year I hope it is a good event

Lakes is gone to shit because of messing and the dickheads it attracts though, as much craic as it was to watch I remember sitting in a carpark a few years back and a lad was wrecking some witsuwishi on trays in the middle of the town, no need of it really. Its a pity the farmer out the county bounds wouldn't just charge a few quid for lads to wreck all night on the county bounds out of everyones way, probably abit much to ask for molls gap though .

The same year I came back at about 4 from the wreck and some cunts were after making shit of our tent and robbing all our food/stuff for the weekend out of it. Swore I'd never go back down all because of a few scumbags, guna chance it again this year though, but might stay up on a stage or somewhere possibly.

Is the IDA still open down there? Same year an oul dead as a maggot sierra tearing the place up fair play haha! No names mentioned!

They should have a designated area for messing... have some gardai there full time and let people do what they want... get some food and merchandise stands there and organise some stunt shows and that...

THAT would be worth a fortune to the event...

I agree that it can be an 'inconvenience' when it is performed on the open road at 3am, but it's going to happen anyways so why not just facilitate and control it...

Why should they??? Roads are not the place for messing, thats what trackdays are for!!! Anyone who is gonna act like a complete retard on the road deserve to have their cars taken off them, simple as!!

The only way forward is sideways

I think there's a time and a place... if there was a 'slab' facility nearby on private property it would take the messers off the road... There is no way to stop this behaviour, it needs to be channelled.

Don't forget that not everyone has access to a track (distance). Not everyone knows that you can attend drift practice days. I agree the majority of people that go 'diffing' are retards, but you have to see it from their point of view too...

IDA is probably going to be locked down with 24hour security for the weekend, along with LIDL, SuperValu, Tesco and all the other car parks in the town.

Dont see why people bother with diffin', its fairly boring after 2 minutes of goin around in circles.

If there was some proper streeto goin on now i wouldn't complain

I love the killarney rally use to go every year. my opinion there's a time and a place for everything I've owned a loads a rwd cars and done my fair share a diffing but i think its not needed at a rally. I'd rather go watch the stages then get on the beer and party!
