Have some progress to report on this
First off thanks to both Jay & Bob @ DI motorsport for helping me out bigtime this year with the fabrication work and steering and suspension setup.
Rear fenders taped on to give an idea of the size and fitment, the fitment is perfect. Thanks to Brian @ driftkits.eu
Arches aren't cut yet and is just lightly taped on so is a bit of level but you get the idea
9j et 30 rim with a 25mm spacer on here. And I Will be running a 9.5j et12
Bob made up the firewall and made a really great job of it too. Very happy with it the contours and shape and the joints were done extremely well leaving a perfect joint and nearly no gapping around the edges at all. Just have to run sealer along the joints which will be done shortly to get it air tight and finish it off
Cutting templates for firewall
Finished piece
The weld in passenger seat rails and the window frames should be finished tonight all going to plan.
Its nearing the end now and i'm really starting to see what the finished piece is going to look like so it is giving me some motivation to get it finished.
More to come soon!

Thats the job fella![]()
We made good progress last night. We just have some small bits to tidy up tonight and the car will be pretty much finished then bar the cage, body work and paint.
The car will be going to get the cage in next week and I will have it out for mondello on the 19th all going to plan.
Arches cut out, tacked, and excess chopped off
Bobs handy work on the window frames
This is how it looks, we just have to bolt on the window and trim and sand the edges. Very happy with how it turned out. Looks very neat
And we got the passenger seat rails welded in to, its not great pic will try get better ones tonight
Have to finish tidying the windows, and seal the firewall and the arches tonight.
Thats all for now![]()
Lovin the build mate....
