r32 gtst gearbox oil and diff oil

so whas the best to use i havent changed eitheir yet

-ive a standard r32gtst 5 speed box

-and a 1.5 way tomei diff !

and help much appreciated !

normaly 75w 90 for gearbox an diff oil is up to urself really jus get good quality oils for both ie silkolene on redline on somethin along those lines if it get drifted regularly

I have 80w 90 in my gearbox and silkolene in the 2 way. Spot on so far for me anyway.

I have kaaz 80w90 GL5 gear oil in my diff and castrol 80w90 gear oil in my box without probs for the last 2 and some years.
